Can I Track My Item

• Yes!  All orders are issued a tracking number once your order ships.  Normally 3-5 days after the order is placed.  Tracking codes can sometimes take a few days to show in the system.  Click here to check on your order

• We ship to NZ addresses only.

How Long Will It Take To Ship My Items?

• Your order should arrive within 2-5 working days unless the item is on pre-order.  In this case, the wait time will be clearly stated. Bulky items and rural addresses can take a bit longer. We can’t deliver to PO Boxes, so make sure you give us a physical address.

Only Part of My Order Has Arrived.  Where Is The Rest?

• Depending on what is in your order it may be sent in multiple parcels. Transit time will often vary as a result, so some parcels may arrive a day or two before others. We will keep you updated on tracking information where possible so you know when your order will arrive.

Under What Condition Can An Item Be Returned?

• All returns must be unused and in their original condition (including all original protective packaging).
• You must complete your return within 30 days of the date of your order and you are responsible for arranging the return and all related costs.
• The original shipping costs to you are not refunded.
• You must contact us before any refund or exchange is granted and you must adhere to the above terms.

How Do I Return A Product 

• Easy!  One of our priorities is to make your returns as hassle free as possible.  Simply reply to the order confirmation email with your reason for return and any supporting images if the product is damaged or defective.  
• Or send us an email with your full name, reason of return, order no, any supporting images and return address to theteam@godzown.co.nz. We will contact you immediately with easy to follow instructions.

*Make sure to return your purchased items unused and in their original packaging. Once we have received your return in the original condition we will refund your money within 10 days. 

All of our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of purchase. We stand by all our products!

Please note:

1. Damage or loss caused by factors beyond our control;
2. Any product which has not been maintained according to the owner’s manual or any care or maintenance Instructions provided with the product;
3. Any alterations or repairs to the product which are not performed by us; 
4. Any and all shipping costs associated with returning the product to us pursuant to this warranty; 
5. Damage or loss to the product caused whilst the product is shipped or delivered to or from us or an Authorized Service Center; 
6. Damage or defects caused to the product due to unusual or non-recommended use of the product;
7. Parts or components not supplied by us; 
8. Any service costs in connection with normal or regular maintenance of the product; 
9. Any damage or loss caused by dirt, abrasions, moisture, rust, corrosion or other similar conditions; 
10. Any damage or loss arising from electromagnetic or electrical interference's, deficiency, excess or surge of electrical supply, air conditioning or humidity; and 
11. any damage or loss resulting from the use of incorrect mains voltage as detailed on the product or in the owner’s manual or care instructions.

Total Liability

Our total liability in respect of this Warranty against Defects is limited to:

• the replacement of the goods; or 
• the repair of the goods.

How Do I Use a Coupon Code?

• After you have added all items to your cart please go to PROCEED TO CHECKOUT. Please continue on through the checkout using either ‘customer login’ OR ‘continue as a guest’. Once you get to STEP 2 OF 2 you will have the option to enter a discount code/gift voucher, click ‘Apply’ and then proceed to payment.
