You can check the status of your order in the following ways:

Email ~ Send an email with the name you ordered under and your email to theteam@godzown.co.nz - Click To Send Email 

Chat Bot (Recommended) ~ Use our automated chat bot at the bottom right of your screen.  Just click the green button then the blue play button to start the bot.  It will ask for your email and postcode.

Free Shipping on all orders.  Your order should arrive within 2-5 working days unless the item is on pre-order.  In this case, the wait time will be clearly stated. Bulky items and rural addresses can take a bit longer. We can’t deliver to PO Boxes, so make sure you give us a physical address.

Sometimes tracking takes a while to update in our system.
